Save, reload & share dashboards

Part of the roadmap, this was an item highly voted in the User Review last year.

You may now save and reload dashboard configurations.
You may also share them and reuse them with your teams 👍

UI​

Two new icons have been added in the dashboard options:

And two new buttons have been added in the dashboard configuration tab, with the exact same features.

Saving a dashboard​

Saving asks you for the name of your dashboard:

The name must be unique.

Reloading a saved dashboard​

Loading a saved Dashboard is straightforward with the list of saved Dashboard being displayed with their active widgets.

Sharing with the team​

Sharing your dashboards with the team is done the same way as for saved queries:

  1. Edit your team settings
  2. Copy your saved dashboards from the menu
  3. Keep only the ones you wish to share from the list

Then, the shared dashboards appear next to your own in the loading popover (next time you select the team).

note

If you have a dashboard with the same name as one from the team (like, just after copy), you will only see your own.
