Adding service accounts to a team

As for standard users, you may add Service Accounts to teams.
Either:

  • Through the service account profile, when you're an administrator
  • Or through the team Users tab

Service Account profile (for administrators)​

In the Teams tab of the Service Account Profile, you may select what teams it should have access to. And customize also its Whisperers access.

Team Users Tab​

The Team>Users tab allows you to add a service account to a team.
Only users with Share rights may add service accounts.

To add a service account:

  1. Edit the list
  2. Click on (+)
  3. Enter his id
  4. (optionally) Set his rights and Whisperers access

When saving, Spider checks if the id exists.
Once saved, service accounts are displayed as badges with links to their profile.
