Installing Spider

On Kubernetes

Installing Spider is straightforward on Kubernetes using Spider own Helmchart. See Installing Spider on Kubernetes.

Once Spider is setup, you may also install Spider Controller to any Kubernetes cluster that you own. See Installing Spider Controller.
The Controller allows you to remotely spawn Whisperers on any POD from the UI.

On Swarm

Spider may also be setup on Docker Swarm using its own templating mechanism and setup scripts. This installation process is being deprecated in favor of Helmcharts, and may be discontinued in the future.
