Installing Spider

Spider server requires Kubernetes to run.
Installing Spider is straightforward on Kubernetes using Spider own Helmchart.

Once Spider is set up, you may also install Spider Controller & Gocipher to any Kubernetes cluster that you own.

  • The Gocipher allows you to capture TLS keys to decrypt TLS encrypted communications.
  • The Controller allows you to:
    • Remotely spawn Whisperers on any POD from the UI.
    • Lists to all Whisperers in the cluster, being spawned as Sidecars or with the Controller.
    • Lists all Gociphers in the cluster.
